Submissions are open to women over the age of 18. Everyone has a story to tell, and we want to hear yours.

We’re seeking original, unpublished submissions that fall into one of our following content categories:

• Lifestyle

  Intentional living, personal growth, how-to content, and advice on how to upgrade your everyday life.

• Health & Fitness

  Mental and physical wellness tips or self-care advice.

• Religion

  Spiritual growth, encouragement of faith, personal testimonies, reflections, devotionals.

• Travel

  Location features and meaningful experiences.

• Recipes

  Original, unique recipes with clear instructions.

Please note that submissions in these categories can come in many formats: poem, article, essay, etc.

The Lord isn’t picky. Neither are we.

• Submissions should typically fall in the range of 500-2,000 words. Exceptions may be made for poems or other creative formats.

• Submissions must be original work and not previously published elsewhere.

• Submissions cannot include any profanity and must maintain an encouraging and respectful tone. Speak how you would to a friend.

• Submissions can be made at any time.

• Multiple submissions may be submitted, but they must be submitted separately.

• AI-generated content is not allowed in our publication.

We reserve the right to decline a submission without reason or explanation. Submissions chosen for publication may undergo minor edits for clarity, grammar, and format. Submissions may be selected only for print or digital publication, depending on availability and format.
